Entry Requirements :

The Pavilion Secretary will be at the Secretary's Office Monday to Thursday prior to the Show to register your entries. See times below.

 

SAVE TIME, AVOID QUEUES & DELAYS post or Fax your entry form/s to the Pavilion Secretary prior to 1st October, 2026.

 

On registration of your entry, you will recieve your "Exhibitor Card" please attatch the "Exhibitor Card" to your entry. 

Entries can be delivered to the Secretary's Office on the following days:

Monday 28th September 2026          1pm -5pm

Tuesday 29th September 2026          1pm - 5pm

Wednesday 30th September 2026    11am - 5pm

Thursday 1st October 2026               10am - 6pm

Friday 2nd October 2026                   9am - 10am

NO LATE PAVILION ENTRIES WILL BE TAKEN!!

Judging commences at 10.45am SHARP on Friday Oct 2nd

Prizes available for collection on Saturday, 3rd October, 2026 between 5.00pm - 6.00pm, at the Pavilion.
